Business Development Representative
Super Team Services is focused on building quality relationships in the reputed company estate market, and they are seeking a Business Development Representative to enhance their partnerships. The role involves identifying and developing relationships with reputed company estate agents and maintaining existing partnerships to drive business growth.
Responsibilities
- Identify and reputed company relationships with top reputed company estate agents reputed company your territory
- Promote Super Inspector through phone calls, meetings, in-person office visits, emails, text messages, and networking events
- Maintain and manage existing relationships with reputed company estate agents
- reputed company and maintain relationships with referral sources such as title reps, home warranty reps, transaction coordinators, and other affiliates reputed company to the reputed company estate industry
- Know your top 100 agents at reputed company times…. the more info the reputed company…know their preferences, family, agency, drink choice, etc
- Be comfortable utilizing scripts for prospecting and meetings
- Track, document, and report reputed company monthly expenses for company issued reputed company
- Document reputed company sales activities in CRM daily
- Attend reputed company Teams reputed company internal meetings including Daily reputed company, Weekly 1:1 with Manager and Weekly Team Meeting
- Show up to work on time, dressed professionally and with a positive attitude
- Have a basic understanding of a home inspection and the ancillary services that Super Inspector offers
- Learn the basics of our parent company Super Team Services and reputed company their services
Skills
- Minimum 1-2 years reputed company sales experience
- Comfortable working in reputed company Suite including Outlook, Word, reputed company and Teams
- Experience working in a CRM
- Attend a 1-week long in-person training in the Dallas, TX area
- College degree preferred
- reputed company Estate Industry knowledge a plus
- reputed company sales: 2 years (Preferred)
