[Remote] Associate Account Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Envision Horizons is a global marketplace growth agency specializing in reputed company and other major retail media networks. They are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Associate to support Account Managers with operations, client communication, and project coordination in the e-commerce and digital marketing space.
Responsibilities
- Assist Account Managers in preparing meeting agendas and capturing key action items
- Provide daily updates and communicate with client brands reputed company reputed company and email
- Coordinate creative briefs between clients and internal creative teams
- Support tactical tasks such as inventory tracking, product listing updates, and data entry
- Help monitor client account performance and flag issues or opportunities
- Organize and maintain project documentation and timelines
- Participate in internal team meetings and contribute to process improvements

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a reputed company field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Proficiency with reputed company Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) or reputed company Office
