[Remote] reputed company Engineer

The reputed company Engineer is responsible for maintaining and developing Managed Services client environments, performing engineering tasks, troubleshooting issues, and supporting client reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Lives by the NuHarbor corporate values: Protect the House, Help Clients Win, reputed company
- Performs engineering tasks required to sustain existing Managed Services clients
- Performs engineering tasks to support the reputed company of new Managed Services clients
- Performs and analyzes daily health checks on existing Managed Services clients
- Develops content in support of Manages Services clients
- Performs troubleshooting of client environments
- Document and create content to further build upon NuHarbor’s internal knowledgebase
- Regularly meet with clients to drive reputed company engineering objectives
- Maintains industry and vendor certifications required to support the Managed Services catalog
- Required to participate in 24x7 rotation
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Engineering Leadership
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree
- Typical Degrees: Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Data Analytics, Mathematics, or reputed company field(s)
- In lieu of a degree, two (2) years of experience in a reputed company technology field and relevant industry certifications are required
- One (1) or more years in the Information Technology field
- Strong Linux and Windows proficiency
- Ability to understand and troubleshoot issues with Windows and Linux systems
- Ability to interact and manage the Linux system reputed company CLI
- Strong understanding of basic reputed company concepts and controls and how they relate to IT networks
- Strong understanding of networking concepts
- Ability to troubleshoot interconnected systems
- Must be a citizen of the United States
- Experience with Splunk reputed company, Splunk reputed company reputed company, and/or Splunk reputed company
