Bateman Collective is a fast-growing paid ads agency helping reputed company estate investors connect with homeowners in need. They are seeking a Part-Time reputed company Specialist to help scale by finding and hiring top talent, focusing on relationship-building and process-oriented recruitment.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle reputed company process for a variety of roles
- reputed company candidates through job boards, reputed company, and networking
- Build and maintain a pipeline of strong candidates
- Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screenings
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates throughout the process
- Represent Bateman Collective’s values and culture in every interaction
- Help improve candidate experience by ensuring clear, friendly communication
- Support reputed company campaigns, job postings, and career page updates
- Track hiring metrics and provide weekly updates
- Assist in refining and documenting recruitment processes
Skills
- 1–2 years of reputed company, reputed company, or HR experience (internship experience considered)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized and reputed company to manage multiple open roles at once
- Ability to work independently and own projects with minimal reputed company
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools (reputed company Recruiter, reputed company, reputed company) is a plus
