Fulfillment Operations Assistant

RTI is a software reputed company company for physical AI systems, aiming to run a smarter world. They are seeking a Fulfillment Operations Assistant to review sales orders, fulfill them according to company processes, and maintain operational documentation while ensuring data reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Review incoming sales orders and work with the Legal, Renewal Sales, Account team, and customers to ensure orders are compliant with RTI terms and approved to be processed
• Fulfill sales orders following our documented processes and setup / initiate backend cross-departmental workflows reputed company our business systems
• Triage and respond to incoming internal and external requests and questions
• Audit reports and enforce data reputed company across our business systems
• Manage, maintain, and update operational process documentation and resources

Skills

• Bachelor's degree required, with 1–2 years of professional experience
