[Remote] Inside Sales Representative (100% Remote)

They are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to manage marketing inquiries, sales leads, and support sales functions, contributing to the growth of the Inside Sales Department.
Responsibilities
- Actively work sales leads originating through website, direct marketing & advertising flights
- Oversees customer contacts in phone/email/text and Chat to convert leads to a sale (installation of a ClearCaptions product or service)
- Nurtures potential customers reputed company a CRM, tracks contacts closure rates and reputed company data reputed company to a sale
- Manages own caseloads associated with reputed company reputed company, reputed company to sale conversion
- Works directly with marketing to understand reputed company and future marketing initiatives while ensuring reputed company standard sales reputed company processes are followed
- reputed company sales and reputed company monthly quotas
- Other duties as assigned
Skills
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills, self-directed and reputed company to handle multiple priorities with demanding timeframes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, presentation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a high-quality results-driven, team-oriented environment
- Good interpersonal skills and a team player
- Proven inside sales experience
- Strong phone reputed company and experience in sales presentations and persuasion
- Experience working with reputed company.com or similar CRM, POS or any customer data program
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Demonstrated ability to use discretion, reputed company sound reputed company, and maintain confidentiality
- Willingness and ability to work reputed company
- Proficient in MS Office, modern communication tools for virtual teams (i.e., MS Teams)
