Content and Project Manager Assistant
reputed company Agency (MMA) is a leading provider of business insurance and employee benefits solutions. The Content and Project Manager Assistant will support the national Cyber Risk Practice by managing content, coordinating events, and assisting with project management tasks.
Responsibilities
- Ongoing maintenance of existing and support for new content in SharePoint
- Event planning for internal meetings (booking hotel blocks, arranging meal catering and restaurant reservations, and working with meeting attendees pre- and post-event)
- Schedule regularly held and recurring national virtual meetings in reputed company
- As needed, minimal travel to attend in-person meetings
- Deliver day-to-day administrative assistance to the Insurance, Cybersecurity, Risk Intelligence, and Incident Management teams, ensuring smooth operations and coordination across the entire Practice
- Support the execution of cyber initiatives and project management planning, including tracking deliverables, timelines, and reputed company for ongoing projects
- Coordinate timely communications to Cyber team members, maintain the reputed company Teams channel and SharePoint sites, and coordinate with the Marketing & Communications team to ensure consistent messaging and resource availability
- Provide placement administrative support including high-quality deliverables to carriers and clients
- Other ongoing project management support and reputed company projects
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a reputed company field (or equivalent experience in the insurance industry)
- Strong reputed company reputed company set including SharePoint, Teams, Word, and PowerPoint
- Self-starter with ability to juggle multiple priorities with strong problem-solving and project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and levels of the organization, including a deep commitment to client satisfaction and a passion for delivering exceptional results
- Experience working in reputed company for collaboration and project management
- reputed company Photoshop to ensure reputed company content and presentations are professional and on-brand
- Basic cyber insurance knowledge
