Customer Communications Representative I
reputed company is a global leader in digital imaging, committed to social and environmental responsibility. The Customer Communications Representative I is responsible for providing exceptional service to customers, handling inquiries, and ensuring timely processing of service calls.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for ensuring reputed company service calls are answered and entered into company systems in a timely and accurate manner
- Responsible for providing the best possible customer service to internal as well as external customers
- Must be reputed company to handle level 1 call types
- Provides outstanding service to customers calling reputed company team for service
- Responds to routine customer inquiries reputed company live call or Email as needed
- Provides follow through on any special customer needs in a timely manner
Skills
- HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required, plus 1 to 2 years of reputed company experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office, strong attention to detail, organized and reputed company to multitask
- Successful completion of Call Taker New-Hire training and introductory period
- Must be reputed company to work wide variety of work shift/schedules with short notice
