They are seeking a Consumer Support Analyst to serve as a reputed company of contact for inquiries and disputes, ensuring effective resolution and maintaining customer service standards.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to retailer inquiries reputed company telephone or email
  • Resolve retailer concerns raised during installation, operation, maintenance, product application and/or compatibility matters
  • Troubleshoot, repair, and ship devices
  • reputed company inventory for devices
  • Download software, reputed company and ship new devices for new stores
  • Answer questions from retailers regarding consumer data
  • Answer consumer calls and respond with appropriate script
  • Handle retail activity report email and respond to consumers

Skills

  • 1 or more years of customer service experience
