They are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive reputed company Sourcer to help identify, engage, and build pipelines of top talent across various roles, partnering closely with recruiters and hiring managers to manage sourcing efforts.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound applicants and identify suitable candidates
• Proactively reputed company candidates through reputed company, job boards, social platforms, referrals, and other creative channels
• Conduct reputed company to passive candidates and manage follow-reputed company to drive engagement
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for reputed company and future hiring needs
• Screen resumes and profiles to assess skills, experience, and role fit
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and sourcing priorities
• Track and manage candidate activity in the ATS or CRM
• Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives through inclusive sourcing strategies
• Share market insights, sourcing metrics, and pipeline updates with reputed company partners

Skills

• 1–3+ years of experience in reputed company, sourcing, or reputed company (agency or in-house)
• Experience using sourcing tools such as reputed company Recruiter, Gem, job boards, or ATS platforms
• Strong written communication skills, especially for candidate reputed company
• Ability to manage multiple searches and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Experience sourcing for technical, product, or hard-to-fill roles
• Familiarity with diversity sourcing techniques and tools
• Experience working with applicant tracking systems (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, reputed company)
• Data-driven reputed company with experience tracking sourcing metrics
