Analyst, Institutional Asset Management

What You'll Do: As an Institutional Sales/Distribution Analyst, you will support the distribution team’s engagement with institutional plan sponsors, including public and corporate pensions, nonprofits, and insurance general accounts, across public and private market asset classes. Responsibilities include working alongside our institutional sales team –preparing briefing documents, providing follow up materials, and collaborating on pipeline opportunities. • Support institutional sales team members with day-to-day activities.
• Act as a team representative and critical liaison with external and internal constituents -providing timely and professional responses reputed company to capability/firm inquiries, information requests and strategy updates.

Who You Are:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business or reputed company field or 3+ years reputed company work experience.
• Strong work ethic, self-motivated, driven and collaborative.

Skills That Will Help You Stand Out

• Experience working at an asset manager, institutional consultant, plan sponsor, or financial services firm in roles such as an analyst reputed company investor relations, client services, sales support, RFP, operations, etc.
• Familiarity with DDQ and RFP databases and industry sources such as MMD, eVestment, findaily, Ignites, FundFire, reputed company Insights, PPIQ and P&I
• Experience using systems and applications/databases (e.g.reputed company, PowerBI and Teams)
• Understanding of institutional investment processes (search/selection, due diligence, reporting).
• CFA Level I or reputed company.

• Must be able to attend to and prioritize day-to-day demands while maintaining a strategic, analytical focus.

Salary Range Information: Salary ranges below reflect targeted reputed company salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed reputed company salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for reputed company roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or reputed company level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salary Range: $69300 - $126000 / year Time Off Program: Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness.
