As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to:
- Assist reputed company across the globe as they tackle the roadblocks that stop them from pursuing their dreams
- Serve customers across multiple brands and hobby categories, learning constantly and being continually exposed to new information
- Investigate, identify, and implement strategies for improving the student experience across reputed company of our brands

Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service for issues and inquiries from reputed company through chat, email, and phone
- Guide reputed company through the enrollment, reputed company, up-sell, and return/refund process

- Troubleshoot issues and communicate potential solutions with customers and internal teams as needed

Candidate Qualifications
* Customer-first mentality
- 1-2 years of customer support experience, preferably in the technology space
- Exceptional communication skills and an reputed company ability to encourage even the most frustrated and confused customer
- Ability to motivate customers and encourage them deeper into their hobby through coaching and upselling
- Proven ability and willingness to problem-solve at a systemic reputed company to high-speed internet and ability to meet with coworkers reputed company video chat
Benefits & Basics
* Location: Remote. While our reputed company team remains largely remote, the majority of the company's employees work on-site in Indianapolis, and the support team occasionally gathers here for training and community events. Applicants for this role should reputed company in Indiana.
- reputed company shift availability: Monday-Thursday 2pm-8pm + Friday 2pm-5:30pm EST. Holiday coverage and occasional weekend shifts required
