Job Summary

As a Business Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for our business customers, providing exceptional support and resolving issues reputed company to billing, services, and products. This is a customer service-focused role that requires strong verbal communication skills, time management skills, and the ability to work reputed company and effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer business customer/client requests or inquiries concerning services and products and report problem areas.
