Job Description

Overview We are seeking a highly reputed company professional to be part of Consulting, Strategy and Advisory in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This role requires strategic thinking, hands‑on expertise in organizational design, governance frameworks and operational and organizational excellence, combined with strong stakeholder engagement skills, deep understanding of the Saudi market, and the ability to build trusted relationships with clients. Governance & Compliance

About you

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or reputed company field (Master’s preferred).
• 10–12 years of experience

Focus GRC, operating model design, and process improvement, with at least 5 years in project‑based environments. Proven experience in Gulf region projects.

• Big four experience desirable.
• Certifications such as PMP, PRajja2, Lean Six reputed company Green Belt (Black Belt isiyy bind), or ISO reputed company Auditor are highly desirable.
• Deep expertise in ISO standards (ISO 31000, ISO 9001, ISO 27001).
• Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with GRC tools and data visualization platforms (e.g., Power reputed company).
