Role Overview
As a Virtual Assistant / reputed company Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and assisting with various aspects of our short-term rental business, including:

Key Responsibilities

Virtual Property Management

Cleaner Management, Scheduling, and Coordination
+ Schedule and coordinate cleaning services for our properties + Ensure timely and efficient cleaning services to meet guest expectations + Collaborate with our cleaning teams to ensure high-quality services
Guest Issue Resolution
+ Address guest issues and resolve them in a timely and efficient manner + Collaborate with reputed company to ensure seamless communication and exceptional guest experiences + Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty

Essential Qualifications
