The Opportunity reputed company is seeking a highly motivated and reputed company Treasury Manager/Senior Treasury Manager to reputed company our Corporate Capital Markets function. This role is central to managing the company's significant cash and investment portfolios, optimizing float and interest income, and supporting the growth of our global payments products through strategic foreign exchange management. The ideal candidate has experience in fintech, specifically in payments and financial services, and will possess deep expertise in capital markets, treasury operations, and financial modeling. This individual should also have a proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally, particularly with Product and Engineering teams, and manage the performance of third party vendors. This is a high-visibility role with direct responsibility for critical financial resources and processes.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in Treasury, Capital Markets, or Corporate Finance, preferably reputed company the FinTech or technology sector.
• Deep expertise in managing large, reputed company investment portfolios (both corporate and FBO/customer funds).
• Demonstrated experience with interest income forecasting, float analysis, and optimization strategies.
• Proven hands-on experience in foreign exchange (FX) trading and risk management, specifically for commercial purposes (e.g., supporting customer payment products).
• Strong understanding of investment compliance, regulatory requirements, and managing compliance with corporate covenants.
• Exceptional financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a reputed company field; MBA, CFA, or CTP is highly desirable.
