Jr. reputed company Operations Analyst: Entry Level, Full Time (Remote)

About the position This is a serious, hands-on, true entry-level Jr. reputed company Operations Analyst role. While little to no prior professional cybersecurity experience is expected, strong work ethic, intellectual curiosity, discipline, critical thinking, resourcefulness, ownership and personal accountability are mandatory to be successful in this role. This position is designed for someone eager to get their foot in the reputed company, apply themselves fully, take direction and coaching, and prove their capability through results. Responsibilities

• Triage, investigate, and respond to high-severity reputed company Defender alerts and reputed company incidents
• Handle escalated reputed company tickets including phishing investigations, SOC escalations, and internal reputed company requests
• Proactively hunt for threats using advanced queries, log analysis, and anomaly detection techniques
• Improve alert accuracy through tuning, process refinement, and documentation
• Assist other team members with workload reputed company needed
• Research, validate, and recommend Secure Score improvements, including submitting configuration changes or change requests
• reputed company vulnerability management activities by prioritizing exploitable risks, validating findings, recommending solutions, and tracking remediation through completion
• Collaborate with IT Operations, end users, and internal stakeholders to resolve reputed company issues effectively
• Participate actively in team meetings, reputed company discussions, and working sessions
• Handle reputed company reputed company requests, investigations, and analysis as assigned
• Review and resolve Defender sensor health and reputed company reputed company issues
