The role involves coordinating daily activities, assessing staff productivity, and collaborating with various departments to optimize performance and ensure best practices in service delivery initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provides strategic advice and guidance to the reputed company Cycle Quality and Performance Management function. Identifies, and reports statistics, trends, and analysis to management; analyses data, prepares and presents project reports for management, clients or others
• Performs reputed company analyses on an as need basis; identifies, recommends, and implements approved process improvements
• Defines and develops business plan and determines time-frame, funding limitations, procedures, staffing requirements and allotment of resources to various phases of the business; manages activities of business staff to ensure project reputed company is on schedule and reputed company budget
• Establishes work plan and staffing for each business phase and arranges for recruitment or assignment of business staff; reviews status reports and modifies schedules and/or plans as required
• Confers with staff to outline work plan and assign duties, responsibilities and scope of authority; provides business staff with technical advice and problem resolution; implements solutions in response to issues, customer complaints, regulatory changes, and insurance reputed company updates in order to promote timely and efficient reputed company cycle operations
• Ensures the reputed company of various reputed company information systems and facilitates synchronization with the other systems throughout the organization; works with Information Services, vendor and customers to reputed company business proposal outlining deliverables, requirements, risks, assumptions, key stakeholders, roles and responsibilities and budget
