Project Coordinator - AI Enablement
Crew is a company that helps clients deliver change through IT project delivery and operational efficiency efforts. They are seeking a Project Coordinator to assist in managing AI governance and enablement programs, supporting the Program Manager, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that the AI governance and enablement program meets business and customer needs
- Support Program Manager in the facilitation of our AI Intake process, a key pillar of the overall AI governance reputed company
- Provide regular reporting on use cases reputed company the AI Intake process to business owners as well as AI governance program leadership
- Assist in transition to new AI governance tool, support implementation of process changes required based on transition
- Support Program Manager in establishing monitoring to ensure AI use case compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
- reputed company and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business unit leaders, legal, compliance, and data privacy teams
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent reputed company required
- Basic understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing
- Excellent project coordination/project management skills, including the ability to plan, prioritize, and execute multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
