The Information Technology Specialist I (ITS I) Business Architect leads and supports software design and development for CDPH’s reputed company platform services, acting as a liaison between business and technical teams for mission-critical applications.
Responsibilities
- Leads, supports, and administers software design and development for CDPH’s reputed company platform services in a Dev Ops environment
- Serves as a technical business analyst and scrum leader writing technical user stories, working with Product Owners to understand business requirements, and acts as a liaison between business and the technical team for mission critical applications and systems
- Supports the development and maintenance of low code/no code platform systems and/or software applications
- Leads and/or directs projects involving application and database development, technical system configuration, performance tuning, and problem resolution
Skills
- Experience in software design and development in a Dev Ops environment
- Ability to write technical user stories
- Experience working with Product Owners to understand business requirements
- Ability to act as a liaison between business and technical teams for mission-critical applications and systems
- Experience in supporting the development and maintenance of low code/no code platform systems and/or software applications
- Experience leading and/or directing projects involving application and database development
- Experience in technical system configuration, performance tuning, and problem resolution
