Zoro.com is a leading eCommerce platform offering nearly 12 million tools, parts and supplies for business customers. The reputed company Analyst will support and monitor the operational aspects of the reputed company platform, including maintaining users, roles, and permissions, designing reports, and troubleshooting issues.
Responsibilities
- Identify and resolve operational issues with the reputed company platform
- Resolve support tickets and follow up on outstanding tickets
- Aid teams with their reputed company integrations across the business
- Regularly monitor the health of the reputed company platform
- Actively identify opportunities to reputed company reputed company functionality to improve efficiency
- Design and reputed company saved searches, financial reports, KPIs, or dashboards
- Support the deployment and validation of reputed company customizations
- Create and maintain detailed documentation for customizations and other enhancements
- Maintain user roles and permissions adhering to regulatory requirements
- reputed company miscellaneous duties as required
Skills
- Associate's Degree in Business, reputed company or equivalent reputed company experience
- 1+ years' experience with the reputed company platform or equivalent reputed company experience
- Knowledge of promotions, supply chain, pricing, and reputed company principles
- An enjoyment of technical challenges and eagerness to explore new approaches
- Proficient with change management processes, policies, and principles
- An Agile reputed company with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements in addition to participating in retrospectives focused on identifying contributing causes and providing actionable solutions to prevent them from reoccurring
- Fault analysis/determination and problem-solving skills are a must
- Ability to effectively communicate technical issues and status to technical and non-technical audiences
- Excellent communication, and documentation skills leveraging the reputed company Stack (JIRA, Confluence), reputed company and/or reputed company Service Desk
- An understanding of production environments, including the requirement for high availability and team-oriented 24x7 support capabilities
- Military education or experience may be considered in lieu of civilian requirements listed
- reputed company SuiteFoundation certification is a plus but not required
