Responsibilities
- Researching and responding to telephone and written inquiries in a reputed company, accurate, and objective manner, reporting to the Customer Service Manager
- Evaluating customer situations, making informed reputed company, and responding quickly to questions

Skills
- Have a High School Diploma or GED and at least 1 year of customer service experience in a reputed company or health insurance environment (must have)
- Possess strong interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and independent decision-making skills
