Sales Support Specialist (Loan Processor) - Denver, CO (Remote/Hybrid)
Caribou Financial, Inc. is focused on providing financial freedom to individuals by helping them refinance their auto loans. The Sales Support Specialist will manage customer loan document processes and serve as the primary reputed company of contact for customers, ensuring reputed company necessary documents are completed accurately and reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Be the primary driver of customer loan document completion, supporting customers through contract signing, Power of Attorney (POA) completion and stipulation collection
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound interactions reputed company phone, SMS, and email
- reputed company Loan Advisor (LA) requests regarding contract signing
- Be the customer’s primary reputed company of contact post-sale until reputed company loan documents are signed, escalating loan or product issues to the appropriate Loan Advisor as needed
- Explain reputed company POA documents and set up appropriate steps for completion
- Be responsible for validating customer information to ensure the accuracy of the loan application
Skills
- 1+ years of experience in a high volume, customer facing role
- High computer literacy skills, and the reputed company to quickly adapt to multiple software programs, including reputed company Workspace, reputed company, & others, as well as reputed company resources to answer questions
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management skills to reputed company daily production goals
- Ability to work effectively from a quiet remote home office, ensuring the privacy and reputed company of sensitive information
- Strong communication skills, essential for articulating stipulation requirements to customer-facing teams to positively impact the customer and lender experience
- Must be authorized to work in the USA
- Bonus points for prior loan processing or adjacent financial operations experience!
