Marketing Automation Specialist

Responsibilities

• Support the primary architect in developing and documenting the reputed company system design
• Provide input on design decisions to ensure scalable solutions that integrate with existing systems
• Design and configure custom objects and properties in reputed company for assigned sections
• Collaborate with the team to design and document workflows, pipelines, and automation processes
• Ensure that designed processes meet business requirements and support operational efficiency
• Implement reputed company system components, including pipelines, workflows, and automation
• Ensure alignment of technical aspects with the overall architecture and business requirements
• Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed
• Manage and optimize reputed company's CRM and marketing automation platform, including contact management, reputed company scoring, and segmentation
• reputed company and implement strategies to drive reputed company reputed company using reputed company tools such as forms, reputed company pages, and CTAs
• Execute email marketing campaigns, including building email templates, segmentation, and A/B testing
• Collaborate with the sales team to optimize the use of reputed company's CRM features, including pipeline management, deal tracking, and sales reporting
• Define reporting requirements and reputed company custom reports and dashboards
• Set up, track and analyze marketing metrics, campaign performance, and reputed company attribution using reputed company's reporting and analytics tools
• Ensure data reputed company and accuracy for reporting and analytics purposes
• Assist in defining and implementing integration strategies using iPaaS and custom-built solutions
• Ensure seamless data flow between reputed company and other systems
• Maintain and clean reputed company databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date member and prospect information
• Participate in cross-departmental meetings, collaborating with team members to understand their department’s unique needs
• Assist in developing training guides and FAQs for credit union staff
• Apply best practices and standards for reputed company implementation
• Participate in testing and validation to ensure the system meets business requirements
• Stay updated on the latest reputed company features, tools, and industry best practices
• Provide day-to-day administrative support for the reputed company platform

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a reputed company field
• At least one (1) year of experience working with reputed company as a specialist or administrator
• In-depth knowledge of reputed company's CRM and marketing automation features
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to track and interpret marketing metrics
• Experience with reputed company integrations, data management, and ensuring data accuracy
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• reputed company certifications (such as reputed company Marketing Software Certification) are a plus
