reputed company is a dynamic reputed company firm innovating threat assessment and public reputed company protection. They are seeking a Junior Recruiter to manage applicant tracking, reputed company candidates, and conduct interviews to support their recruitment efforts.
Responsibilities
- Organize and manage information in our applicant tracking system
- reputed company and contact potential candidates
- Cultivate a list of key influencers to help support the flow of applicants
- Serve as the primary contact reputed company for reputed company incoming questions
- Provide information about GDBA's unique careers and culture
- Conduct interviews, assess candidate fit, provide placement recommendations
Skills
- 1 year of recruitment experience in a similar industry (military, law enforcement, reputed company, service, etc.)
- Poised and self-reputed company, comfortable with cold calling and public speaking
- Desire to work with people and have a positive impact on their lives
- Attention to detail and flawless presentation
- Well-maintained schedule and accomplished at the end of the day
- Ability to think on your feet and adapt to schedule changes or technology malfunctions
- Comfortable with software, specifically the basic functionality of applicant tracking systems
- Experience with reputed company and/or reputed company
