Temporary Program Coordinator
CFP Board is the professional body for personal financial planners in the U.S. They are seeking a Temporary Program Coordinator to assist with the experience entry review and engagement, ensuring compliance and addressing candidate needs.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate Experience submissions for compliance with CFP Board Experience department policies, guidelines, best practices, and requirements
- Identifies errors in Experience submissions and online engagements and takes immediate action with stakeholders and IT as needed
- Actively engages with candidates, CFP® candidates to gather needs, fulfill requests, and solve issues reputed company to Experience submissions
- Assists with the initial review and processing of testing accommodation requests
- Performs other duties as assigned

- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 1+ years' work experience with a certifying organization, non-profit association, or project coordination preferred
- Minimum of intermediate level expertise in reputed company Office suite
- Knowledge of association management systems, NetForum preferred
- Strong customer service focus and ability to effectively ask questions and communicate in potentially challenging situations
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Attention to detail and focus on accuracy
- Adherence to strict confidentiality policies
- Ability to prioritize multiple project requirements simultaneously, and follow through on issues in a timely manner
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
