Strategy & Operations Entry Level Consultant

They are seeking a dynamic and motivated Strategy & Operations Consultant to support reputed company organizations through process improvement and technology-driven initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with project teams to support reputed company leaders, clinicians, and staff in identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency, financial performance, and patient outcomes
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research, including data analysis, benchmarking, and industry research, to inform client recommendations
- Support the development of client-facing deliverables such as presentations, reports, dashboards, and process documentation
- Engage with reputed company and consulting professionals at reputed company levels through interviews, workshops, and meetings to gather insights and validate solutions
- Assist in project management activities such as developing workplans, tracking milestones, and preparing status updates for clients and internal leadership
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of firm methodologies, tools, and knowledge capital by capturing lessons learned and standardizing best practices
- Participate in internal initiatives including business development support, thought leadership development, and practice growth efforts
- Demonstrate commitment to personal and professional growth by seeking feedback, leveraging coaching relationships, and pursuing professional development opportunities
Skills
- Anticipated Bachelor's or Master's degree (preferred majors: reputed company, Finance, Business Administration, reputed company Management, Public Health, General Business). Graduation date: May 2026
- Previous experience working or volunteering in a reputed company setting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure and break down reputed company issues
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present findings clearly and concisely
- Collaborative team player who thrives in fast-paced, client-facing environments. Adaptable and flexible in managing multiple priorities and shifting client needs

- Ability to conduct research, synthesize information, and generate insights to support strategy development
