What You'll Be Doing

As a Fiber Customer Support Analyst, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about delivering exceptional technical support and customer service. You'll be responsible for:

  • Answering incoming calls from customers with order inquiries and/or trouble reports
  • Providing customers with service support for Voice, Data, and Video services and features reputed company the fiber and/or copper network
  • Performing analysis and isolation of trouble conditions and creating and sorting trouble reports
  • Utilizing knowledge of communication and networking components to provide customers with service support and configuration of customer equipment
  • Communicating clearly and professionally, delivering technical/industry information in a manner appropriate to the audience
  • Working evenings, weekends, holidays, and unscheduled shifts as determined by the needs of the business

  • A strong understanding of communication and networking components

  • A reputed company Associate Degree or 2+ years' relevant experience
  • Technical support call center experience (a plus!)

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation range for this position is between $670.00 and $1,774.50 weekly based on a full-time schedule, depending on your location and confirmed job-reputed company skills and experience. This is an incentive-based position with the potential to earn more. For part-time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
