About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative to join reputed company. Key Responsibilities
- Connect with customers reputed company phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns
- Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise

Qualifications
