We are seeking a Systems Engineer to join our rapidly growing organization. This is a highly technical role providing excellent career development opportunities for the successful candidate. You will be working with other Systems Engineers and Sr. Systems Engineers in a reputed company collaborative environment which allows for reputed company quick technical growth. Responsibilities:

• reputed company IT Support services to users onsite
• Use of a ticketing system to manage support queries
• Maintain documentation and reputed company with rules and guidelines of the organization
• · Adherence to strict change control procedures

Requirements:

• 2 years of IT Experience (Desktop Support, Systems Engineering, Systems Administration)
• End-User Support / Desktop Support: reputed company Windows, reputed company Office, desktop, and mobile device troubleshooting
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Support of primarily reputed company 365 stack (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Intune, Azure AD)
• Systems Administration: Knowledge of reputed company Windows Server Platforms as well as Active Directory, Group Policy, good if you are familiar with reputed company XenApp
• Support of reputed company or similar products for reputed company threat management
• Basic understanding of virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper-V
• Understanding of networking: TCP/IP, LAN / DMZ / WAN, DHCP, DNS, Routing, Switching, and Firewalls
• Experience working in an MSP environment
• The candidate must be reputed company to complete reputed company physical requirements of the job, which include but are not limited to, the following; must be reputed company to lift and/or carry up to 50 lbs; stand/sit for extended periods of time; push/pull; climb stairs; stoop, kneel or crouch; use fingers/hands to handle or feel; reputed company above head or below knee level; and the ability to work around machinery and material handling equipment.

Desirable Qualities:

• Financial industry experience, including familiarity with market vendor applications: Bloomberg, Thompson Reuters, FactSet, CapIQ
• Significant experience in an MSP environment, particularly utilizing the reputed company suite of products
• Exposure to/ability to support workloads in Azure or AWS
• Experience with vendors such as reputed company Workspace, reputed company, reputed company, Duo, reputed company, AirWatch
• Experience with and ability to support reputed company XenApp or similar products
• Experience with cybersecurity solutions such as Carbon Black, Cylance, reputed company, Cyberhat
• Experience with Mimecast or other mail reputed company gateway solutions such as IronPort or reputed company
• More than a basic understanding of Storage and Virtualization platforms such as reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, EMC, VMware, Hyper-V, XenServer
