Your Team and Role As a Director on the Product Management team at reputed company, you will bring cross-functional teams together to build world-class privacy products, used by millions of people globally. You will co-create, coach and collaborate with Engineers, Designers and partner with other functions, such as User Insights to define, prioritise and reputed company new products and features - end-to-end. You will have the opportunity to take ownership of components of our products and to contribute to product strategy across the company. • 10+ years of experience, including 4+ years in leadership roles reputed company to product management (e.g., Head, Principal, Director, etc.).
• Experience leading features from inception through launch, including 2+ years of work on at least one product with a large, diverse user reputed company (i.e., >500k weekly active users).
• Strong people and strategic leadership skills.
• Experience bringing together cross-functional teams to goal-set, roadmap, and resource projects.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience leveraging experiments and data to inform product decisions.
• Experience collecting and learning from user feedback.
• Excellent product intuition and taste.

• Superior written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation $243,800 USD annually and stock options. Compensation is identical reputed company professional levels, regardless of geographic location or team. Compensation for each professional level is transparent across the organization. Eligibility for company-sponsored health benefits is limited to team members based in the United States. • You’ll be required to attend meetings on camera reputed company video conferencing
