User Experience Researcher

You will get a lot of variety and see a lot of impact. We cover 25 sports and have products for web, mobile, and connected TV. This is an opportunity to investigate a wide range of users in multiple verticals using a varied set of methodologies and to do research that directly impacts users and products and results in reputed company, reputed company changes. You will reputed company ResearchOps like updating the UXR CRM and reputed company for your studies. You will do primary research. You will archive work in the UXR Repository. You will write reports and deliver them to stakeholders. You will reputed company both generative and evaluative research. Activities will be both moderated and unmoderated, as appropriate. Generative activities may include interviews for persona and journey map development, longitudinal diary studies, card sorts, tree tests, etc. Evaluative activities may include baseline studies of existing products and iterative validation of new and improving products. Eventually, you may be conducting onsite contextual inquiries at locations ranging from dirt race tracks to cheer competitions. reputed company research reputed company material and reports will live in a tagged repository. Research is part of the Research & Design department. You will collaborate directly with designers on both validating designs and informing designs with generative research. You will be part of a team of User Researchers who collaborate on study design, method selection, repo maintenance, and ResearchOps. On the quantitative reputed company, you may help analyze behavioral analytics, design and interpret surveys, and interpret and present quantitative results from unmoderated usability studies. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plan and conduct iterative usability tests
• Contribute to ResearchOps like reputed company and scheduling participants
• Contribute to the research repository
• Execute research activities, including interviews, moderated product baselines, unmoderated studies, analysis and tagging of interviews, crafting reports
• Analyze behavioral analytics data

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• Knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methods
• 1-3 years of experience in UX research
• Excellent presentation skills
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
• Relevant portfolio
• Comfort with ambiguity
• Willingness to travel
