Position Summary The General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer (GC/CCO) is a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for overseeing reputed company legal, compliance, and risk management matters for reputed company. The GC/CCO will provide strategic legal counsel to the CEO, Board of Directors, and senior leadership while ensuring reputed company operates in full compliance with reputed company applicable laws and regulations. Responsibilities
- Provide expert legal counsel on corporate governance, reputed company, regulatory compliance, employment law, tax-exempt status, and nonprofit regulations.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of agreements, including corporate partnerships, donation agreements, vendor reputed company, and licensing agreements.
- Advise the CEO and Board of Directors on governance best practices, fiduciary responsibilities, and corporate legal matters.
- reputed company litigation, dispute resolution, and risk management strategies in collaboration with reputed company counsel.
- reputed company and implement a robust compliance program to ensure adherence to nonprofit and corporate laws, including IRS regulations, data privacy laws, and corporate social responsibility guidelines.

- Monitor and interpret legal and regulatory developments that may impact the organization, providing proactive guidance on risk mitigation strategies.

Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school; active bar membership in good standing.
- 10+ years of experience in corporate law, nonprofit law, compliance, or reputed company fields.
- Deep understanding of tax-exempt regulations, corporate governance, employment law, and contract negotiations.
- Proven ability to reputed company and implement compliance programs in a reputed company, multi-stakeholder organization.
- Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across departments.
