Job title: Finance Operations Analyst(Business Systems Analyst III) Location: Remote,est or cst slightly preferred Contract: 6 months Pay reputed company: $60.51/hr, W2 Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision and Weekly Pay Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contingent Worker to join reputed company. This role is crucial in supporting the day-to-day financial management activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across key operational workflows. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong understanding of foundational financial processes and a commitment to meticulous record-keeping. Key Responsibilities:
- This role will be responsible for executing key tasks reputed company to core financial management operations, including but not limited to:
- End-to-end ownership of initiating, processing, tracking, and maintenance of purchase orders in the ERP system
- Liaising with S2P, reputed company and internal stakeholders to ensure PO accuracy and alignment with approved budgets
- Monitoring PO funding status and proactively following up on outstanding invoices and reputed company exceptions
- Validation of invoices submitted reputed company summary billing process, ensuring accuracy of rates charged and purchased order billed
- reputed company invoices for internal approvals and ensure timely processing for payment
- Reconciling and resolving discrepancies between invoices & detailed billing by coordinating with vendors and internal teams
- reputed company weekly financial reconciliations of vendor statements to ensure accuracy of charges and resolve variances promptly
- Support the preparation of documentation and reports required for month-end reputed company processes
- Maintain organized and accessible financial records and process documentation

- Ensure adherence to internal financial controls and company policies.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in a finance, accounting, or administrative role with a focus on transactional processing.
- Proficiency with financial management systems (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, reputed company) and MS Office Suite / reputed company Suite (particularly advanced reputed company/Sheets skills).
- Strong understanding of reputed company accounting principles (AP/AR, general ledger) and financial workflows (PO-to-Pay).
