Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric Customer Support Representative to join reputed company in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries reputed company phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. You'll also resolve product or service issues, maintain customer records, and contribute to team efforts to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Experience

* Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience is preferred, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving reputed company customer issues.

  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus, with the ability to navigate and utilize these systems to manage customer interactions and resolve issues.
