Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service to individuals, families, small group employees, and brokers seeking information, enrollment assistance, and other services reputed company to arenaflex's reputed company
• Assisting with eligibility and enrollment for reputed company and services applications and enrollments for reputed company Health Plans on the Exchange
• Utilizing the State's eligibility and enrollment portal and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and other State systems to reputed company reputed company tasks and duties for HIX customers
• Responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating concerns as needed
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery
• Participating in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and arenaflex's policies and procedures

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or reputed company setting
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong technical skills, including proficiency in reputed company Office and CRM software
• Ability to pass a State Policy Exam with 80% or higher
• A personal computer with an i5 processor or higher and a high-speed internet reputed company

Preferred Qualifications
