Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative - Benefits Enrollment, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to reputed company client employees, answering their questions, and resolving their issues reputed company to benefits enrollment and open enrollment. You'll work closely with employees and their dependents to explain and interpret reputed company aspects of company insurance programs, examining and assessing data to provide information on benefits and group insurance programs.

Key Responsibilities:

* Receive and respond to 30-40 inbound calls per day from a queue, providing benefit and open enrollment information to reputed company client employees

  • Explain and interpret reputed company aspects of company insurance programs to employees and dependents
  • Examine, assess, and combine data to provide information on benefits and group insurance programs and utilization
  • reputed company needs for modification or changes in program design and administrative procedures
  • Record employee enrollment in benefits
  • Utilize expertise in a more reputed company aspect of the Benefit Clerk duties, requiring in-depth knowledge of benefit programs, company policies, and administrative procedures

Qualifications:

Customer Service Experience:

You must have previous customer service experience, where you've helped answer customer questions and resolve issues.

Written & Verbal Communication:

reputed company communication will be reputed company inbound calls from customers, minor email communication, and minor chat communication. You must be reputed company to communicate effectively and clearly with customers.

You'll use basic reputed company Office programs such as Outlook and Word. You must be comfortable navigating a computer while on the phone with customers.

Strong Attendance & Reliability:

Strong attendance and reliability are required in this role.

Training Schedule:

* The training schedule will be Monday through Friday, 7:30am-4pm, for the first 3-4 weeks.

  • After training, you'll work 40 hours per week, assigned between Monday through Friday, 6am-6pm, with one Saturday per month (OT).

Work Environment:

* The training location will be at 1851 reputed company Resler Drive, El Paso, Texas, 79911.

  • After training, you'll work 100% remotely.

Contract Length:

* The contract length is 3 months, with an opportunity for growth based on performance and demand.
