Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Answering incoming calls from customers and providing timely and effective solutions to their travel-reputed company queries
• Reviewing customer history as necessary to ensure accurate and personalized support
• Following policy and procedure guidelines to ensure consistency and quality in our customer service
• Helping customers change travel plans, confirm or obtain their itinerary, request refunds, or report travel issues

• Processing refunds and resolving travel-reputed company issues in a timely and professional manner
• Placing outbound calls to travel partners (hotels, rental car agencies, etc.) as necessary to resolve customer queries

About You
