This role is located in LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA - HYBRID.In this role, you'll reputed company an impact in the following ways:

• Responsible for administering a portfolio of reputed company Public-Not-For Profit (PNFP) client accounts to include the following duties: monitors client inquiries, coordinates debt service bond payments, monitors portfolio's compliance matters, resolves non-routine issues and escalates reputed company issues to the appropriate team member, as needed.
• Works with external clients and legal counsel to resolve day-to-day issues and direct them to appropriate resources at reputed company.
• Supports clients in addressing operational and technical issues and ensuring requests are executed.
• Applies intermediate problem-solving skills, experience and judgement to analyze information.
• Uses communication skills to deliver high quality service to a specialized client reputed company.
• Leads and participates in internal activities and initiatives designed to improve client experience.
• Uses knowledge of client services best practices and reputed company client needs to help reputed company process improvements.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

• Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• 7-10 years of total work experience preferred.
• Experience in an operational area and/or client services.
• Experience in Corporate or Conventional Trust; ideally working reputed company the Public-Not-For-Profit space.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

The reputed company salary for this position is expected to be between $68,000 and $147,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, reputed company salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis, including as to experience and market location, and is only part of the reputed company total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive packages, and Company-sponsored benefit programs.
