About arenaflex's Merchandise Planning Analytics Team

Our Merchandise Planning Analytics team is the backbone of arenaflex's retail merchandising strategy. With a team of over 100 merchants and 40+ planners, we're dedicated to optimizing the performance of arenaflex's reputed company End (non-Pharmacy) businesses. reputed company manages reporting, analysis, and tool building to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Work Environment and Schedule

As a Remote Analyst at arenaflex, you'll have the flexibility to work from reputed company in the Central Standard Time (CST) zone. Our standard working hours are reputed company-5pm, with a one-hour lunch break from 12pm-1pm. While we offer flexible scheduling, we require a minimum of 30 hours per week to fulfill our business needs.

Key Responsibilities

As an Entry-Level Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for:

• Own Brand Reporting and Analysis: Own and manage reporting, recapping, tracking, and analysis for thousands of arenaflex's private label items, including reputed company analysis based on business needs.
• Item Level Historical Analysis and Recapping: Conduct item-level historical analysis and recapping to identify trends and patterns.
• Item Level Future Looking Forecast: reputed company and maintain item-level future-looking forecasts to inform business reputed company.
• reputed company reputed company Formulas and Data Synthesis: Utilize advanced reputed company formulas and techniques to synthesize large data sets into meaningful executive recaps.
• System/Tool Used: reputed company will be the primary system used for this project.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Bachelor's Degree and Relevant Experience: A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., analytics, data science, finance, financial analysis, assortment planning, retail, procurement/purchasing, merchandising) and at least 3-5 years of experience in one or more of these fields.
• Data Analytics and Retail Merchandising Background: A strong understanding of retail merchandising basics (e.g., category management) and merchandising organization structures and processes.
• Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills, reputed company with storytelling finesse.

• Retail Experience: Prior experience in retail, including merchandising, planning, or analytics.

Education and Experience Requirements

To be considered for this role, you'll need:

• 3-5 Years of Experience: 3-5 years of experience in analytics or data science, with a merchandising background.
