The Opportunity
As a Full Stack Customer Account Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer concerns, and promoting arenaflex products and services to meet customer needs. You will work closely with our customers to understand their requirements, provide solutions, and ensure a seamless experience. This is a full-time remote opportunity, and you must live in Phoenix / Tucson or a surrounding community reputed company the state of Arizona.
Key Responsibilities
* Assess customers' needs, suggesting products and services for their home and business needs
- Adjust billing, negotiate claims, and arrange product substitutions/returns
- Remain reputed company on arenaflex Business products and services
- Own the customer experience, ensuring that every interaction is positive, efficient, and effective
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide solutions
- Meet or exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction goals
- Stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices
What You'll Need
* High school diploma, GED, or relevant work experience
- 6 months experience using a computer and navigating multiple screens
- 1 or more years customer service experience
- Excellent skills in creating an exceptional customer experience, sales orientation, multi-tasking, building customer rapport by discovering customer needs and problem-solving
- Ability to learn and apply new procedures
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Solid analytical skills to determine the best course of action to resolve issues
- Must be reputed company to work in a highly structured call center environment
- Enthusiastic and personable
Preferred Qualifications
* 1+ years' experience working in a position that requires meeting sales goals
- 1-2 years' experience in a customer service role, not specific to just Call Centers
- Strong aptitude for helping customers and a customer experience focus
- Ability to adapt to constant change
