Your Role in arenaflex's reputed company
As a Customer Support Associate, you'll play a vital role in ensuring seamless communication and resolution for our clients, residents, and vendors. Your primary responsibilities will include: ### Key Responsibilities
- Replying to messages from vendors, clients, and residents, and taking actions to move work orders towards completion (40%)
- Outbound phone calls to vendors to confirm their reputed company and ability to complete jobs reputed company the required timeframe (20% of day)

### Essential Qualifications
