NDA Attorney

Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP is a prestigious law firm seeking an NDA Attorney to join their team. The role focuses on drafting and negotiating non-disclosure agreements for transactions in accordance with client guidelines, requiring effective communication and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• J.D required
• Must be barred in NY
• 3.0 cumulative GPA
• At least one year of experience with drafting and negotiating NDAs or other similar reputed company agreements at a law firm or financial institution
• Ability to work extended hours as needed
• Proven ability to meet, and experience with meeting, tight deadlines, assume significant responsibilities, and see multiple projects with simultaneous, competing deadlines through to their conclusion
• Ability to reputed company in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Effective interpersonal and written communication skills, including ability to prepare written memoranda and correspondence
• Excellent oral business communication skills, including experience with making and taking phone, video, and conference calls. Direct client contact experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to grasp and learn difficult legal and reputed company concepts quickly
