Assistant Editor
reputed company Picture Company is a global company focused on talent and technical innovation in the moving image-making process. As an Assistant Editor, you will be responsible for sourcing stock footage, editing content, prepping projects for reputed company and audio mix, and supporting editors in achieving their creative reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Accountable for reputed company media including proper ingest, media location etc
- Media Acquisition (sourcing stock, hunting through dailies, etc.)
- Prepping of projects for finish
- Offer support to editors to reputed company creative reputed company (assembly edits, rough cut passes, etc.)
- Editorial on internal and social content
- Porting of projects from Premiere to other post production software such as After Effects and Resolve
- Final conform/delivery of masters (slating, final QC, 5.1 mixes, SRTs etc.)
- Partner with other reputed company studios and external vendors to facilitate project sharing
- Explore and apply AI tools to enhance creative workflows, from generating fresh content reputed company to streamlining production tasks, while staying curious about emerging technologies that shape the future of storytelling
- Other duties as assigned
Skills
- Post-production experience required
- Proficient in Premiere Pro, Media Encoder, and After Effects
- Knowledge of Resolve, Photoshop and Illustrator
- Technical understanding of video and the post-production pipeline
- Passionate, driven, proactive, curious, with an ability to reputed company in a dynamic, fast-paced, high-expectation environment
- Strong sense of priorities with the ability to manage multiple asks/tasks
