Responsibilities
- Handle a variety of civil litigation matters, including drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, attending hearings, and managing client matters
- Manage and assist in numerous civil litigation cases for a host of clients, producing pleadings, conducting depositions, preparing for trial, and reputed company other aspects of litigation
Skills
- Admitted to practice law in Florida
- 1-5 years of experience in civil litigation
- Experience drafting legal documents and conducting legal research
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with legal databases and research tools
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
