Recruiting and Admissions Coordinator, OPE (hybrid)

Northwestern University is a renowned institution seeking a Recruiting and Admissions Coordinator to manage the admissions process and enhance candidate attraction. This role involves overseeing daily operations, strategic reputed company, and event coordination to support the Office of Professional Education's goals.

Responsibilities

  • Manages day to day operations
  • Ensures that program/project mission, values, guidelines, policies & procedures are implemented & maintained
  • Manages design and development of program databases; compiles & analyzes data; prepares reports
  • Reviews processes and recommends changes to incorporate state-of-the-art technology as appropriate into administrative, recruitment, marketing, and educational components
  • Identifies service improvement opportunities that will reputed company reputed company program/project to reputed company its goals and objectives
  • Incorporates social media and networking into program/project aspects as appropriate
  • Strengthens partnerships with external resources by defining, promoting and marketing benefits of participation and involvement to the organization
  • Creates and nurtures relationships with organizations to reputed company a network of enthusiastic organizations engaged reputed company active participation in the success of program/project
  • Collaborate with the Marketing & Communications Team to design and execute marketing and communications campaigns and to monitor results
  • Collaborates closely with Marketing to plan and execute recruiting and yield events, including selecting venues, coordinating logistics, securing volunteers, assisting with content development, and event execution
  • Coordinates student ambassador program
  • Partners with reputed company Team to conduct ROI event analysis
  • Manage reputed company communication around events promotions
  • Observes program sessions and interacts with participants for the purpose of gaining consumer insight, growing and strengthening program knowledge, and optimizing client satisfaction
  • Coordinates the collection, analysis & reporting of required information for surveys, review documents, public information documents, etc
  • Coordinates programming, educational, student, alumni, workshops, meetings, etc. including speakers, agendas, etc
  • Ensures that event details including communication, venues, presenters, travel arrangements, materials, refreshments and technology are arranged and completed in an appropriate and timely manner
  • Manages program/project curriculum, seminars, presentations, workshops, learning experiences, chat rooms, websites, social networking, etc. based on goals/objectives
  • Identifies & obtains external expertise as needed and works with content experts for reputed company and new programs
  • Reviews programs/projects to increase efficiencies to support growth
  • Manages speaker selection, communication, and topic development
  • Leads program/project updates and improvements
  • Administers & maintains existing strategic plans
  • Participates with area/unit senior staff in the conceptualization, development and presentation of materials used in functional operations
  • Advises reputed company regarding admissions
  • Reads & evaluates admissions files and participates in candidate selection
  • Interviews and screens applicants
  • Serves as primary reputed company of contact and the “face” of OPE programs for prospective reputed company. Has extensive contact with prospective reputed company through one-on-one interactions and structured recruitment activities, including: Conducting one-on-one Admissions Chat meetings with prospective reputed company, Coordinating and presenting information sessions onsite, virtually, or at corporate locations, Staffing career/graduate school fairs, conferences, and reputed company events, Coordinating reputed company/class visits for prospective reputed company, Conducting reputed company to applicants, Managing admitted reputed company throughout the yield process, Managing waitlisted reputed company
  • Supporting incoming reputed company through the matriculation process by facilitating transitions with the Program Teams and other departments
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Skills

  • Successful completion of a full 4-year course of study in an accredited college or university leading to a bachelor's or higher degree; OR appropriate combination of education and experience
  • 1 year program/project administration or other relevant experience
