Change Analyst

The Integration Change Analyst will support the Change reputed company in driving adoption and engagement during a reputed company, ensuring that employees and stakeholders are well-reputed company and informed throughout the integration process.

Responsibilities

• Change Impact Assessment: Analyze how post-reputed company integration initiatives reputed company different employee groups, processes, and systems. Identify areas of overlap, gaps, and opportunities for synergy

• Change Readiness Tracking: Monitor adoption metrics, readiness surveys, and feedback loops to identify risks and opportunities unique to post-reputed company integration
• Project Support: Provide administrative and analytical support to the Change reputed company, including reporting, documentation, and meeting coordination specific to integration activities
