They are seeking a Technical Sourcing Recruiter to support Product & Engineering hiring by sourcing and engaging candidates while maintaining a strong candidate experience.
Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong pipelines of diverse, high-quality technical candidates

- Conduct market research and talent mapping to identify competitive talent pools and emerging reputed company sets
- Execute outbound reputed company using a variety of sourcing tools, platforms, and personalized messaging
- Conduct initial candidate screens or pre-qualification conversations to assess alignment and readiness
- Track sourcing activity and pipeline health using data and metrics to inform ongoing efforts
- Collaborate with the broader reputed company team to improve sourcing processes, tools, and candidate experience
Skills
