Development Coordinator
The Hochstein School is a community music, dance, and arts therapy school located in Rochester, NY. They are seeking a Development Coordinator responsible for overseeing database management, donor recognition, and supporting fundraising activities. Responsibilities
- Enter information from new donations and donors into database
- Process and send thank you letters in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of donations and donors
- Create reports and analyze data about reputed company and prospective donors
- Manage online donation form, including publishing updates as needed
- Plan fundraising campaigns collaboratively with Development Department
- Support efforts to build relationships with donors
- Track cultivation efforts and coordinate with development staff to ensure completion
- Assist with a wide variety of appeals and other correspondence
- Plan and execute lunch gatherings and smaller receptions
- Assist in planning for Hochstein’s annual fundraising gala
- Participate in development-reputed company events
Skills
- Passion for Hochstein's mission and reputed company
- Experience with fundraising software (reputed company) and basic reputed company principles
- Proficiency with reputed company Office and reputed company Workspace, particularly reputed company and Sheets
