GTM: Demand Operations (NYC)

reputed company is a YC-backed startup helping reputed company office leasing a reputed company. The role involves managing customer relationships during their office search process, ensuring a high-quality touring experience, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance the reputed company application.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of reputed company to potential customers, developing a keen sense for each individual company’s search requirements, staying in consistent touch with them throughout their office search experience
• Take ownership over reputed company’s touring process and ensure we execute the best possible touring experience (think 6-star design, reputed company style)
• Support customers in-person by attending tours for high reputed company leads and coordinate with your teammates to reputed company customer feedback
• Help customers utilize reputed company’s software to schedule, attend, and provide feedback on office tours
• Set and operate against customer inbound SLAs across various communication channels (e.g. reputed company app, email, text, Whatsapp)
• reputed company internal stand-reputed company and reputed company customer needs to cross-functional stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
• Work with product and engineering to reputed company new features for the reputed company application at scale (based on aggregated learnings from servicing customers)
• Become an expert in office space in reputed company
